Mango Salsa

'Salsa' is a Spanish word which means 'Sauce'. Usually this is served with Grilled Fish/Taco Shells/Quesadillas/Burritos/Tortilla chips in the restaurants. Easy to prepare and a unique taste. Crunchy taste of jalapeno and onion gives a different flavor to the mango.

1 cup-diced ripe mango
1/2 cup- green Jalapeno
1/4cup-diced red onion
2tbsp-lemon/lime juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chopped cilantro and mint leaves

Step 1: In a bowl add mango pieces, onion, avocado, jalapeno.
Step 2: Temper it by adding pepper and salt according to your taste.
Step 3: Sprinkle some lime juice and garnish with cilantro and mint leaves.
