Paneer Hariyali:

   Paneer marinated in  green spicy mixture and grilled / fried, garnished with coconut.This is a yummy side dish can be served even as a appetizer and more importantly  rich in protein  beside lentils so even  healthy as well .


Ingredients:
  1/2 kg paneer-cubed                                                                                
Grind to a Paste: 

3/4 cup coriander leaves-chopped
2-3 green chillies-slit
2 tsp ginger-chopped
8 black peppercorns
8 cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
2 black cardamom-shelled
1 Tbsp salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
Desiccated coconut for garnishing

Cooking Time & Calories:
 Preparation Time:  60 Minutes
Cooking Time : 40 Minutes
Calories: Calories are about 180 per 100 Gms
Method:
Step 1: Mix lemon juice into the ground ingredients.
Step 2: Marinate the paneer in this masala paste for half an hour.  
Step 3: Grill the paneer in a grill  or pan-fry in a non-stick pan with very little oil.
Step 4: Serve the paneer hariyali hot, garnished with coconut
