Iced Cappucino

Why going out for a cup of coffee when we can do on our own...


                                                                            

Ingredients:
 2 tsp instant coffee powder
 1 tsp sugar
3 to 2 ounces milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream 
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup caramel syrup(optional)
Fresh Cream(optional)
Ground cinnamon (optional)

Procedure:
Step 1:In a pan  heat the milk,  until milk comes to boil.
Step 2: Turn the heat down and let the milk gets cool.
Step 2:In a  jar, combine instant coffee powder ,sugar and milk. Cover the jar and blend it until it is foamy.

Step 3:Add syrup to the jar and blend on high speed. Add ice cream and blend it again until smooth.
Step 4:Top with cream and sprinkle cinnamon powder.Serve immediately over ice.


Note6-oz. servings.
