Creamy Cheese Pasta

Pasta tossed in creamy sauce gives a delicious look..!!                                             
                                                            
                                                                                    
                                                                                     



Ingredients:
2 cups boiled pasta
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp grated cheese
1 1/2 tbsp butter
3/4 tbsp maida/all purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
freshly ground pepper
salt to taste

Initial Preparation:
Step 1:Boil water in a vessel with a little of olive oil and salt until it comes to boiling point.
Step 2:Now add pasta.This takes about 10min to change into tender and soft texture.
Step 3:Now drain the water and put pasta aside.



Method:
Step 1: Heat butter in a pan.
Step 2:Add crushed garlic and saute for  2-3mts.
Step 3:Now slowly add milk and stir continuously without forming lumps.
Step 4: Boil this under low flame till the texture becomes creamy.
Step 5:Now you can add boiled pasta.
Step 6:Saute well so that the pasta mixes completely in sauce.
Step 7:Add grated cheese,salt,pepper and mix well.
Step 8:Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
