Bread Finger Chops

Bread  dipped in  thick spicy batter with a unique and crispy taste  making it a perfect snack at all times .....
You might have tasted bread in different flavors but this perfect snack  gives a new flavor to bread







Ingredients:

Bread Slices 6 to 7 
Chick Pea Flour 3 table spoons
Green Peas 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1 table spoon
Green chilies 6
Ginger small piece
Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cilantro chopped 1/4 cup
Salt for taste
Aamchur Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
Olive Oil / Butter 1 table spoon
Oil for deep frying 

Cooking Time & Calories:

Preparing Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 Minutes
Calories : 150 calories per serving 

Method:

Step 1: Cut bread slices into small  finger  shaped chops . 

Step 2: Boil green peas and drain completely . Take a blender and blend them roughly .Blend green chilies and ginger into a rough paste .

Step 3: Take  chick pea flour , rice flour in a bowl and add the blended green peas . Mix the batter by mashing the peas paste . 

Step 4: Now add coriander leaves, coriander powder, salt, oil/ butter,  green chili ginger paste, garam masala, aamchur powder and garlic powder to the batter and mix it well by adding some water .

Step 5: Make it into a thick batter (  thick consistency than bhajji batter) .

Step 6: Heat oil for deep frying . Now dip the bread pieces in the batter and apply the batter evenly on the chops and fry them until they turn into golden brown color .
You can serve this hot  with tomato sauce or tamarind sauce .
